The staffing industry today exceeds levels prior to the start of the recession in 2008 and is currently maintaining that level. Companies are utilizing staffing agencies more often and continue to develop strong business relationships with HR suppliers like Martin Temporary Staffing.

Martin Temporary Staffing was founded in 2003 at the mid point of a slowdown in the automotive manufacturing sector.The industry was poised to move quickly when the upswing started. Since the spring of 2009, over 100 people have moved from temporary to permanent status by clients hiring on the associates we already had working for them.

During this same time period we have experienced tremendous growth in our market area, due in large part, to the high quality people we have been able to place with clients. We are looking forward to this trend continuing.  We have recently opened a second office in London to support the growing demand in London and surrounding area.

Martin Temporary Staffing consistently gives back to the community. We donate to charities monthly, in addition to our annual Christmas donations. We support the House of Blessing, The Salvation Army, The March of Dimes and United Way.
